1. Service Description
InHouse Vision ("Service") provides tools for distributing visionOS and iOS applications via Apple's ad-hoc distribution mechanism. The Service facilitates device UDID collection, provisioning profile management, and over-the-air app installation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Apple Developer Program membership to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining your Apple Developer account in good standing.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the apps you distribute through the Service.
- You must comply with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement and all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from users before collecting their device UDIDs.
- You must not distribute malware, spyware, or any harmful software.
- You are responsible for the security of your App Store Connect API credentials.
4. App Store Connect Integration
By providing your App Store Connect API key, you authorize InHouse Vision to register devices and manage provisioning profiles on your behalf. Your API credentials are encrypted at rest. We never access your apps, sales data, or any information beyond device and profile management.
5. Download Credits
- Each new account receives 1 GB of free download credits.
- Additional credits can be purchased in prepaid packs.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Credits never expire.
- Downloads are blocked when credits are exhausted.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Distributing apps that violate Apple's guidelines or any applicable law.
- Using the Service to circumvent App Store review or Apple's distribution policies.
- Sharing or reselling your account access.
- Attempting to manipulate bandwidth tracking or credits.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to certificate revocation by Apple, app installation failures, or data loss.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data, apps, and unused credits will be permanently removed.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
